Our House Cleaning Checklist

Our cleaning technicians are our employees, not contractors, ensuring that you are consistently safeguarded by a licensed, bonded, and insured company operating in Nevada. 

  • Kitchen:

    • Clean inside and outside of oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

    • Wipe down countertops, cabinets, and handles.

    • Scrub and sanitize the sink and faucet.

    • Clean the backsplash thoroughly.

    • Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.

    Bathroom:

    • Remove soap scum and scrub shower, tub, and tiles.

    • Disinfect and clean the toilet inside and out.

    • Wipe down sink, countertops, faucet, and handles.

    • Clean and polish mirrors.

    • Sweep and mop the bathroom floor.

    Bedrooms and Living Areas:

    • Dust and clean furniture, shelves, and surfaces.

    • Vacuum and/or mop the floors.

    • Dust ceiling fans and wipe light fixtures.

    • Vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly.

    • Dust and wipe window sills and blinds.

    Additional Tasks:

    • Wipe down baseboards throughout the house.

    • Clean and sanitize door handles and knobs.

    • Remove any visible cobwebs.

    • Dust and clean air vents.

    • Empty and replace trash bags.

  • Kitchen:

    Bedrooms and Living Areas:

    • Organize and tidy up daily.

    Additional Tasks:

    • Empty trash bins regularly.

    • Rotate and launder linens and towels.

    Weekly Tasks:

    • Change bed linens.

  • General Tasks:

    • Wipe down doors and door frames.

    • Vacuum or sweep and mop all floors throughout the house.

    Kitchen:

    • Clean inside and outside of all kitchen cabinets and drawers.

    • Wipe down countertops and backsplash.

    • Clean and disinfect the sink, faucet, and drain.

    • Clean inside and outside of major kitchen appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher).

    • Wipe down exterior of other appliances (microwave, toaster, etc.).

    Bathrooms:

    • Scrub and disinfect showers, bathtubs, and tiles.

    • Clean and disinfect toilets, including behind and around them.

    • Wipe down bathroom cabinets and drawers.

    • Clean and polish mirrors.

    • Clean and sanitize sinks and faucets.

    • Remove soap scum and grime from surfaces.

    Bedrooms and Living Areas:

    • Dust and wipe down all surfaces including shelves, furniture, and other items.

    • Vacuum or mop floors (carpets, hardwood, or other flooring types).

    • Clean inside closets and cabinets, if applicable.

    • Clean and wipe down blinds or window treatments.

    • Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans.

    Additional Tasks:

    • Clean interior windows and window sills.

    • Wipe down and sanitize switch plates, door handles, and knobs.

    Outside Areas (if applicable):

    • Sweep or pressure wash patio/deck.

    • Clean exterior of windows and doors.

    • Remove any debris or cobwebs from the entryway.

    This checklist offers a detailed guide for move in/move out cleaning services, ensuring the property is thoroughly cleaned and ready for new occupants or handover. Adjustments can be made based on the specific needs of the property.

  • General Tasks:

    • Inspect and reset all amenities (TV remote, Wi-Fi, thermostat, etc.) to the default settings.

    • Check for damages or missing items and report to management if necessary.

    • Secure and lock all windows and doors.

    • Dispose of any leftover items or trash left by previous guests.

    Kitchen:

    • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.

    • Wipe down countertops and sanitize surfaces.

    • Clean inside and outside of the refrigerator and freezer, removing any leftover items.

    • Clean inside and outside of the microwave, oven, and stove.

    • Empty and clean the coffee maker and toaster (if applicable).

    • Check and restock basic supplies (paper towels, dish soap, etc.).

    Bathrooms:

    • Scrub and disinfect the bathtub, shower, tiles, and grout.

    • Clean and disinfect the toilet, including behind and around it.

    • Wipe down bathroom cabinets and countertops.

    • Clean and polish mirrors.

    • Replenish toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, etc.).

    • Replace towels with clean ones.

    Bedrooms and Living Areas:

    • Change and make beds with fresh linens.

    • Vacuum or mop floors and carpets thoroughly.

    • Dust and wipe down all surfaces including furniture, shelves, and decor.

    • Check and replace any damaged or worn-out items (e.g., bedding, pillows).
